शुक्रवारी सकाळी न्यू गुडशेड रोड येथील नर्तकी प्राईड अपार्टमेंट येथे कबुतराच एक पिल्लू जखमी व कुपोषित अवस्थेत राकेश साकरिया व प्रीतम शहा यांच्या फ्लॅट जवळ आढळून आले होते ही माहिती युवा समिती अध्यक्ष धनंजय पाटील यांना कळताच त्यांनी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते व प्राणी मित्र गणेश दड्डीकर यांना कळविली, गणेश दड्डीकर यांनी त्या पिलाला उपचारासाठी पशु वैद्यकिय दवाखान्यात दाखल केले.
