विद्याभारती राज्यस्तरीय हँडबॉल स्पर्धेत संत मीरा शाळेला विजेतेपद.
ता,22. अनगोळ येथील संत मीरा इंग्रजी माध्यम शाळेच्या मैदानावर विद्याभारती कर्नाटक पुरस्कृत विद्याभारती बेळगाव जिल्हा आयोजित प्रांतीय व क्षेत्रीय हँडबॉल स्पर्धेत संत मीरा इंग्रजी शाळेने विजेतेपद पटकावित विद्याभारती राष्ट्रीय स्पर्धेसाठी संघपात्र ठरले आहेत.
या स्पर्धेत प्रांतीय स्पर्धेत 14 वर्षाखालील मुलांच्या गटातील अंतिम लढतीत संत मीरा बेळगावने बालभारती गुलबर्गा शाळेचा 11-2 असा पराभव केला विजयी सोहल विजापूरने 5 गोल, श्रेयश खांडेकरने 3 गोल, वेदांत गुरवने 2 व श्रेयसने 1 गोल केला, मुलींच्या गटातील अंतिम लढतीत संत मीरा शाळेने गुलबर्गा 1-0 असा पराभव केला.विजयी संघाच्या मेघा कलखांबकर एक गोल केला,माध्यमिक गटातील मुलांच्या अंतिम लढतीत संत मीरा बेळगावने बळ्ळारीचा 7-1असा पराभव केला विजयी संघाच्या अभिषेक गिरीगौडरने 3 गोल,लिंगेश , प्रथमेश, प्रणव,श्रीनाथ यांनी प्रत्येकी 1 गोल केला,तर मुलींच्या गटात संत मीरा शाळेने गुलबर्गाचा 4-2 असा पराभव केला. विजय संघाच्या समीक्षा बुद्रुकने 2 गोल, साक्षी पाटील आदिती पाटील यांनी प्रत्येकी 1 गोल केले.
तर क्षेत्रीय हँडबॉल स्पर्धेत प्राथमिक गटात मुलांच्या संघाने आंध्र प्रदेशचा 2-1असा पराभव केला, विजयी संघाच्या सोएल बिजापुरे व श्रेयस खांडेकर प्रत्येकी 1 गोल केला,तर मुलींच्यात संत मीरा संघाने आंध्र प्रदेशचा 2-1असा पराभव केला, विजय संघाच्या वर्षा परीट व मनस्वी चतुर यांनी प्रत्येकी 1 गोल केला. तर माध्यमिक गटात मुलांच्या संघाने आंध्रप्रदेशचा 9-2असा पराभव केला विजयी संघाच्या अभिषेक गिरीगौडरने 3 गोल, निशांत शेट्टी,लिंगेश यांनी प्रत्येकी 2 गोल ,प्रणव, प्रथमेश यांनी प्रत्येकी 1 गोल केले, तर मुलींच्या संघाने 2-1 असा पराभव केला ,विजयी संघाच्या साक्षी बुद्रुकने 2 गोल केले,व विजेतेपद पटकाविले. वरील संत मीरा शाळेचे 4 संघ आगामी होणाऱ्या विद्याभारती राष्ट्रीय हँडबॉल स्पर्धेसाठी पात्र ठरले आहेत.
या स्पर्धेच्या बक्षीस समारंभाला प्रमुख पाहुणे विमल स्पोर्ट्स फौंडेशनचे अध्यक्ष किरण जाधव,जनकल्याण ट्रस्टचे ट्रस्टी लक्ष्मण पवार , क्रीडाभारती राज्य सचिव अशोक शिंत्रे,विद्याभारती राज्य, सहसचिव सुजाता दप्तरदार, विद्याभारती बेळगाव अध्यक्ष माधव पुणेकर,संत मीरा शाळेचे प्रशासक राघवेंद्र कुलकर्णी, ऋतुजा जाधव विद्याभारती शारीरिक प्रमुख चंद्रकांत पाटील , मयुरी पिंगट, या मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते विजेत्या उपविजेत्या संघांना चषक पदक देऊन गौरविण्यात आले.
या स्पर्धेसाठी पंच म्हणून उमेश बेळगुंदकर ,जयसिंग धनाजी, देवेंद्र कुडची, पी एस कुरबेट ,मयुरी पिंगट, यश पाटील ,शिवकुमार सुतार, यांनी काम पाहिले तर स्पर्धा यशस्वी करण्यासाठी चंद्रकांत तुर्केवाडी ,बसवंत पाटील ,अनुराधा पुरीसह शाळेच्या शिक्षक वर्गाने परिश्रम घेतले सूत्रसंचालन अमृता पेटकर, प्रेमा मेलीनमनी तर अरुणा पुरोहित यांनी आभार मानले.
